F.A.Q.’s

Prepare for our first session:

Come as you are! We will discuss what is bringing you in and what topics you wish to cover in our time together. I will learn about some background and history information that will better inform my understanding of your story. I am happy to answer any questions about how frequently we should meet, my approach, goals you would like to achieve, among other questions! Everything that is shared during our time together is completely private and confidential. It is very important to me that clients feel they have the space to share openly. That being said, there may also be some times that coordinating with other service providers might be necessary for continuity of care.

Accepted Insurance:

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. I encourage you to understand your behavioral health coverage. I can assist you in navigating how to access this information in order to make sure there are no surprises.

Methods of Payment:

I accept self-pay for all therapy sessions. Fees for services are $200 for initial sessions, $150 for ongoing sessions. We will utilize your credit card on file through the HIPAA compliant client portal. This is an easy and seamless process!

Telehealth Options:

I offer several forms of Telehealth services. Video options include a HIPAA complaint portal through Canopy’s software or Zoom. Phone calls (non-video option) are also offered.

COVID Safety:

I am offering in-person therapy for clients who are symptom-free. If you are vaccinated and experiencing symptoms, please inform me in advance to determine next steps. Telehealth video and phone call options are available as an alternative.
